The laundry employee verifies the order on the basis of the data provided by the customer. The clothes are issued to the customer based on the data from the completed form. We strive to provide our services in the shortest possible time to guarantee the achievement of high quality. The standard waiting time for garment collection is from 24h to 48h. Sometimes, especially in the case of demanding and delicate material, the service may require more time, for example, to dry the assortment.
The waiting period for the implementation of the service of washing shoes and leather ( due to the specificity of this service) can be up to 14 days. Laundry service on the phone is available only in Krakow. We pick up any type of assortment from clothes, home textiles, shoes or leather assortment. The presented service is ordered by phone at 732 60 60 60. During the conversation you need to specify the type of assortment to be collected and the address of collection. The courier then shows up at the appointed time and picks up the laundry. <\/p>\n

On the date agreed with the customer, he receives his laundry clean and ironed.
